This is a great way to use up those pretty scraps that you have and can’t bare to throw away. All you need to do is cut them at an angle and then line them up on a 5-1/4 X 4 inch piece of cardstock. After you have glued them down, you will need to trim the excess off and then attach to the front of the card base. Add your sentiment and some bling and you have a beautiful card to send to someone. Thanks Bruno Bertucci for showing me this technique.
I used Mossy Meadow for the card base but you can use whatever looks good with your scraps.
